Goddess Got Goals
Welcome to Goddess Got Goals — the podcast for women who are ready to stop shrinking, stop hustling, and start rising into their next chapter with strength, clarity, and sacred fire.
I’m your host, Lisa Barwise — Wellness Alchemist and Summoner of the Warrior Goddess SAGA — and I’m here to guide you through the powerful transformation that happens in midlife. This isn’t about surviving perimenopause or just “getting healthy.” It’s about rewriting your story, reclaiming your power, and rising as the Warrior Goddess you were always meant to be.
Each week, you’ll learn how to activate Wellness Alchemy — the integration of biology, psychology, and spirituality— to support your evolution from the inside out. Through bold conversations, practical strategies, ancient wisdom, and a bit of magical rebellion, we’ll explore:
🔥 Strength training and sacred self-care as tools for empowerment
🌙 Living in flow with your cycles, seasons, and feminine energy
💫 Overcoming people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout
🧙♀️ Building daily rituals, boundaries, and micro habits that create lasting change
Navigating perimenopause, aging, and identity shifts with confidence
⚔️ And stepping fully into your Warrior Goddess SAGA — the journey of strength, alchemy, growth, and awakening
You’ll also meet the four Warrior Goddess Archetypes — Seeker, Warrior, Guardian, and Alchemist — and discover how to work with your unique energy, challenges, and gifts on your personal quest.
Whether you’re here to build a stronger body, break free from old stories, reclaim your voice, or embody your most powerful self — this is your initiation.
Your reawakening. Your call to rise.
It’s time to stop settling and start summoning.
Because Goddess Got Goals.

Book Club Trailer - Season 5
Why have a bookclub?
Well, firstly I've ALWAYS wanted to have and be apart of a Book Club so best way to do that is to have my own!
Plus I'm an obsessive reader, audio book listener and devouring of information and a true health geek and information junkie.
I read a book a month, sometimes more.
I listen to 4-5 podcasts each week.
I am always looking to go deeper, get more data or learn the research or science- YES I AM A QUESTIONNER! can you tell!? LOL
So I wanted to add this element into the community.
I also truly believe it is one of the best way to learn and grow with minimal effort and cost. It's like having a University in your pocket and a perfect tool to focus us neurodivergent brains when doing monotonous tasks!
I am always listening to podcasts and aduio books when doing the dishes, laundry, cleaning, cooking, meal prepping, walking the dog, driving to meetings or picking up or dropping Josh off.
It's my thing!
So in this way, I wanted to add this as another layer, a bonus and include all the books that have had the most impact on me over the last 2-3 years.
But choose them to also match with the topic or focus each month or when there is a lesson I am trying to teach or skill to learn and develop.
So I hope we can do this together and enjoy learning and growing the Goddess Got Goals Book Club.
